Most people find it hard to say so to make it easier we have decided to use balloons of CO2 as visual aids.

1 party balloon = 10g of CO2

1 bin bag = 100g of CO2

1 giant balloon = 1kg of CO2

To put that in context heres a few examples:

The reason its so vital to help people to visualize their emmissions is that it helps people engage with the issue of global warming and the only way that we will get people to act on global warming is by changing attitudes. Global warming needs to be seen as a challenge rather than an obstacle and people find it much easier to fight something they can see.

Did you know

If the Greenland ice sheet or the West Antarctic ice shelf break up and melt it will globally raise sea levels by 20feet. This would displace more than 120 million people.

Vote

Which political party will do the most to battle global warming?
